Usage & Refund Policy

1. Service

BrokerUnits is a digital platform for browsing market real-estate units and managing leads, sold as fixed-term subscriptions (Basic / Pro) shown on the Pricing page. A subscription grants access within the plan's quotas.

2. Payments

• All payments are made online in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) through the Kashier payment gateway (cards and e-wallets).
• We never store card details; they are processed entirely by Kashier.
• The subscription is activated automatically after a successful payment.

3. Terms of use

• Subscriptions are personal; account sharing, resale or automated scraping of data is prohibited.
• Prices and availability come from developers and may change without notice. BrokerUnits is an information intermediary and not a party to any sale contract.
• We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, without refund.

4. Refund policy

• A full refund can be requested within 3 business days of payment, provided no plan quota has been used (no contact details revealed, no data exported).
• Once any quota is used, or after that window, payments are non-refundable and the subscription stays active until its end date.
• If you were charged but the subscription was not activated due to a technical fault, or you were charged twice, you will receive a full refund (or activation, at your choice).
• No refunds for elapsed or expired subscription periods.

5. Cancellation

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. They end on their expiry date unless you renew manually; no prior cancellation is needed.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] or call 01006072532 with your name, registered email and transaction ID. Requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Kashier within 7–14 business days, depending on the issuing bank.
